Basil Strike Cuttings

I somehow did not inherit the gardening gene. I love to grow some Basil through the Summer months but it doesn’t keep alive for too long. Somehow we don’t agree!! When I buy those pots from the supermarket it’s usually dead within days. I’m not sure if it’s too much or too little water? too much light or not enough? too hot too cold?

This year I’m going to strike cuttings as suggested by POPSUGAR.This Cool Hack For Growing Basil Will Blow Your Mind.

They say I can have an endless supply of herbs by snipping off a piece from your already existing plant or from your BFF’s garden. It might save some money in purchasing those pots!

Stay tuned for results!!
