Are you interested in trying the French-Japanese creation, ‘Crossushi,’’ a sushi-stuffed croissant?

It’s a combo of croissant and sushi invented at Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in Los Angeles. This kooky “Cali croissant” comes topped with sesame seeds and filled with smoked salmon, wasabi, pickled ginger, and nori seaweed. Kikkoman soy sauce is served on the side.

I wonder how long will it be before it reached our Aussie shores?
