I’m Glowing in the Dark

For a few weeks now I have been given a ‘Glow in the Dark’ Fidget Spinner, a small ball-bearing toy that spins between fingers and is all the rage from 4 year olds to 104 year olds.  Originally introduced as a fidget tool for kids with ADHD and adults that have anxiety they have fast become a big craze with all kids and are The Must-Have Office Toy For 2017 – Forbes.

Maybe it might help reduce my stress and anxiety attacks and I can ‘glow in the dark’ at my usual 3AM awake at night time. or in the scanners at the hospital. The simple yet effective toy is so easy to use and cool to play with your friends.

Basic models start just under $10, while premium/designer spinners can cost more than $100. Maybe you can DYI one with the kids or build a LEGO one. Me, I’m under the sheets with my ‘Glow in the Dark’ one!
