The Moon is embarking on a world tour and landing at Scienceworks, December 1 2018 to April 28 2019, where visitors can take in a replica close up. Museum of the Moon is an astounding seven metre diameter spherical sculpture featuring large scale NASA imagery of the lunar surface.

Channel your inner astronaut and dream of walking on the moon at this incredible art installation. At a scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the sculpture represents five kilometres of the moon’s surface. This installation fuses lunar imagery, moonlight and music created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello Award winning composer, Dan Jones. Museum of the Moon is created by UK artist Luke Jerram.

Don’t miss a chance to see this giant reproduction where visitors often say they love just sitting down under the moon and bathing in its moonglow.
