St Kilda will soon become the new home to Rain Room, an installation by the London-based Random International. For 20-minute increments, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in a 100-square-metre field of rain – without actually get wet. A six-metre radium with the magic of motion sensors will sense your movement and keep you nice and dry whilst still being immersed in the rain experience. After stopping by incredible museums like MoMA in New York and the Barbican in London, it’ll pop-up for seven weeks in August at the corner of Acland and Jackson streets thanks to ACMI and Jackalope.

You won’t want to miss out on this cool opportunity to dodge some rain. Tickets go on sale on July 4th 2019. Click here for tickets!
